I have seen MANY like these before. They look nice, especially the busy, but try to make them smoother please. You can add less opaque pixels of the same color in the places that are rough.

It is great to see perfect hotspots for this set. I do like the yellow theme. You could of added the Location and Person cursor roles to this set as well. This set would be better with the two additional cursor roles added.
