Where is the windows loading animation? 😴

@Gamer76upDATE These cursors are meant to have a classic feel. There wasn't such thing as an animated cursor during that era, so there isn't really a reason to add an animated cursor.

Great classic feel. I imagine these are better than the original XP cursors and the Aero cursors.

I love the set considering its just like the classic cursors, making stuff like this is something I really like to use as a cursor, very nice design! Keep up the good work!
