1.0 Added Normal, Link, BG Busy, Busy, Precision and Denied Cursor.

Patched Normal, Link, BG Busy and Busy cursor. Increased FPS.
Removed shadows because of double shadow.
Changed Precision cursor to more theme like.
Added Alternate, Pen, Resize cursors, Move, Text and Help cursor.

The background and normal cursors are barely distinguishable except if you look at the finer details of the animation, and the horizontal and vertical names are mixed up. I like the style of these cursors though.
