You can't just steal cursors. You can only use others cursors by these licenses and attribution or talking to the creator of the cursor you want to upload ONLY if it is the Custom license. And everyone in the comments said "At least attribute." in their OWN ways. Also, you need to appreciate the author's license and every part of it. You can't take others cursors and say "This is mine." because it isn't. You need permission to do this, without permission, you could've ended up in jail.
