There are two ways you could do that.

Method 1:
Go to your control panel choose "printers and other hardware" if it is in category view then "mouse". Just "mouse" if it is in standard view. Then choose the "pointers" tab. Click on "browse" then select the cursor that you want and hit "apply".

Method 2:
Download and install "RW Change Cursor" here:
http://www.rw-designer.com/change-cursor
Then all you have to do is right-click on the cursor you want, hover over "change cursor" and then select the role you want it to be. There are screenshots that show how to do that if you follow the link above.
