Right, so...

a long time ago, I noticed there was
this graceful-looking golden PC screen
in the game's graphic files...
I set it as icon for "My PC",worked like a charm.
Back then, I was also pondering the use
of assets from Worms games, so I could
eventually conjure a set of desktop icons
(PC, bin full&empty, network, user files).

A long time later, I started pondering once again
how to make such sets with various games.

In the case of Rome Total War,
i recalled the existance of other PC icons,
thus chose one for Network neighborhood,
but also I recalled the golden hard disk
that acts as a "load custom buttle" button,
& the existance of unused faction icons,
particularly the stone bust for Macedon...
well, I got a bit carried away with those.
Because these symbols had mip-maps,
I could easily fidget wirh smaller versions,
& include 16x icons within the files.
And then I also went with
the "I am the senate" joke

Alas, the bin was the greatest challenge...
initially I was hoping to make edited variations
of the icons for Roman & Egyptian sewers,
but that's beyond my league.
Instead, here I proposed
the "clear current army" button
seen when setting up a custom battle.
I chose the brighter, "pressed" variant
so it'd have a greater contrast with
the idle variant, & perhaps
also convey some sense of urgency.
