To prevent increased blurring of rotational animations, for example, the "Busy" cursor, always start with the same original frame in the rotated frames. Just rotate the first one. And the the second one even more, etc. Instead of just rotating each one the same and using the last created frame instead of the original.

Some of them were better than the portal extened cursors, such as wheatly, but others are not so much as good, like the portal guns.
I suggest you combine portal extended cursors and these.
By portal extended cursors, I mean the ones from six位xis .
